7. On the following page, click ‘Confirm‘.

NOTE Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted in 21 days and if you would like to return you will need to create a new account. Please note that if you log back in to your account during the 21 day period the account will be reactivated. You will not be sent any communications from Premier League or partners during this time.
