Top 50 Universities in the World for Computer Science Degree 2022 – The most recent ranking of the world’s top universities for computer science published by QS World University Rankings is out, and you will find that the universities featured are from all over the globe. However, as an American, you will also notice that not one US university falls in their top 10. The list begins with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which has been ranked as the top university for studying computer science in 2016. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is a private research university in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Founded in 1861, it is often regarded as one of the world’s most prestigious universities and has been consistently ranked as one of the top universities in the United States. In addition to its reputation for top-quality research, MIT also boasts high-quality programs that are especially suited to computer science majors.

MIT has been consistently ranked as first among U.S. universities for engineering and statistics programs since 2010 by U.S News & World Report’s “Best Colleges” rankings; it also tied with Harvard University for first place in business studies during this period (2010-2014). Leiden University is a public research university located in Leiden, Netherlands. It was founded in 1575 by William, Prince of Orange as a small Latin school for 40 students.
